There is no long-term contract, and membership can be canceled at any time. Prescription medications, outside laboratory charges, imaging, specialist care, procedures, hospital services, and other services provided outside the practice are not included in the membership fee.

No. Ask Dr. Hu provides care to eligible patients throughout Arizona, so you do not have to live within Flagstaff town limits.
Flagstaff patients can receive much of their ongoing care through convenient virtual appointments, while in-person evaluation can be arranged when clinically appropriate.

Much of the concierge membership is designed around convenient virtual medical care, including follow-up appointments, laboratory reviews, medication management, preventive care discussions, and many ongoing medical concerns.
Some conditions require a physical examination, procedure, testing, or other in-person evaluation. When in-person care is clinically appropriate, your physician can discuss the appropriate next step with you.
Patients who prepay for 12 months of concierge membership also currently receive an annual in-person physical examination by appointment.

Insurance requirements vary by plan. Some plans, particularly certain HMO plans, may have specific requirements regarding specialist referrals and which physician must initiate them.
