The Ask Dr. Hu concierge medicine membership is currently $500 per month. The membership provides ongoing access to eligible medical care and physician communication without a separate charge for each covered membership visit.
There is no long-term contract, and membership can be canceled at any time. Prescription medications, outside laboratory charges, imaging, specialist care, procedures, hospital services, and other services provided outside the practice are not included in the membership fee.

No. Ask Dr. Hu provides care to eligible patients throughout Arizona, so you do not have to live within Mesa city limits.
Mesa patients can receive much of their ongoing care through convenient virtual appointments, while in-person evaluation can be arranged when clinically appropriate.
